I recently stayed at Eiffel Grenelle and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the iconic Eiffel Tower and conveniently close to metro stations. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean and well-furnished, with a small balcony that added a nice touch. Despite being a sofa bed, it was surprisingly comfortable even for adults. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the whole place was quiet throughout the day.

The studios are amazing! They have a satellite flat-screen TV, parquet floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. It feels like a cozy home away from home. I loved the private balcony in the studios. It was so nice to relax there and enjoy the view. The seating area in some units was a great bonus. It gave me a comfortable space to unwind after a long day of exploring Paris.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the hair dryer in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

Mind-blowing location with easy access to the city and a short walk to the jaw-dropping Eiffel Tower. The apartment, though small, was nice and cleaned with everything we needed. The owner and his wife were super polite and efficient. We felt very safe in the area with our young child. Communication with the staff was great. The owner was superb and provided great recommendations. a fantastic place to drop our bags and sleep. Perfect for a couple of nights in the city!

Comfy and best possible location so close to the central monuments and the center of Paris and subway, everything fine. Good to have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge. Helpful staff overall...

Didn't find ventilation.

Great location, only a short walk to popular attractions and public transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. The flat was small but clean and comfortable for our family of four.

The balcony being open to other people was a privacy concern. the room could be too small for larger groups.
